Corporate Fitness Workouts for Convenience!

ITB Fitness Training

Corporate Fitness Programs are not necessarily new concepts, but the amount of attention these programs have received in the media lately is sure to arouse the curiosity of business owners…

 What is Corporate Fitness?
Corporate fitness consists of the health and wellness programs a business can provide their employees within their own workplace.  Whether your company currently has a fitness facility on-site, or is looking to acquire one, ITB Fitness can set up and run a variety of health and wellness programs for you.  Even if your company doesn’t have a fitness facility on-site and isn’t looking to obtain one, the ITB Fitness team members are skilled at providing creative workouts geared towards the environment at hand.

Why Corporate Fitness?
Why not?!? Corporate fitness programs offer one of the major components in the success of an individual’s commitment to fitness…convenience!  On-site fitness programs eliminate the ever ready excuses people use to avoid a healthy fitness routine; for example, “I don’t have time”.  Having an on-site fitness program will use up as much time as it takes to walk in and workout. There is no need to plan ahead for traffic or driving time. Employees can workout during lunch, before or after work, or during hours that your company deems appropriate.

What are the benefits of establishing a Corporate Fitness Program?
The benefits are bountiful! It has been documented that business owners providing Corporate fitness programs for their employees reap the benefits of an increase in employee productivity, a reduction in absenteeism, and a decrease in employee turnover. Let’s not forget to mention lower health care costs and lesser premiums on life insurance. Of course, an improvement in employee morale is always a positive outcome as well.

Why ITB Fitness?
ITB Fitness is built on the foundation that exercise should be fun, enticing, results driven, and efficient. All of our team members are Certified Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors, CPR certified, and carry liability insurance. We have been operating out of the Triangle region for over 15 years collectively. Simply stated, we care about your health and fitness goals and believe we have the passion as a team to help you reach them.

Sushi Blues Cafe featured on ZSpotlight.com Magazine

Raleigh’s popular Glenwood South district always seems to have something new cropping up, but one staple sushi restaurant has shown it can ride the waves of change, as it has for an entire decade.  Congratulations Sushi Blues on your 10 year anniversary! On the brink of the new millennium, Sushi Blues opened its doors for the first time, bringing a fresh concept to Raleigh’s up-and-coming downtown area.  For many, it seemed like an odd combination: Billie Holiday belting out some great jazz tunes in a Japanese sushi restaurant, but you’d be surprised how well this works.  Not surprised: the owners who have been operating successfully since 1999!

Before many other local sushi restaurants were a twinkle in their owners’ eyes, Sushi Blues was hosting some of Raleigh’s hottest late night sushi specials and featuring great local music talent.  Still one of the most popular nights in town, Sushi Blues has ½ price sushi late nights twice per week. Thursday nights in particular have made Sushi Blues a burgeoning nightlife spot; crowds gather in the front patio and parking lot areas. And how did a small sushi restaurant become so popular for so long?  Why, the delicious food, friendly staff, and classy atmosphere, of course! Three cheers to the most fun font-end staff in Raleigh, the best and most creatively named sushi rolls in town, and to ten more years of Sushi Blues!

It seems like an odd combination, Billie Holiday belting out some great jazz tunes in a Japanese sushi restaurant, but you’d be surprised how well this works. The owners of Sushi Blues have managed to create a classy and crisp atmosphere in what might otherwise have been an intimidating restaurant perched in the middle of Glenwood South’s growing nightlife. Even if you don’t like jazz, you’ll enjoy the creative names they’ve attached to their rolls and other menu items.

Sit back and relax in the Lounge. Hang out with your friends in a casual atmosphere. Whether you are there to enjoy the live entertainment, or to catch the latest sporting events on television, the lounge has what you are looking for. If you are hungry, no problem. We feature a menu of sushi and kitchen appetizers.

You can visit ZSpotlight.com for all the specials, events, and 1/2 Off Gift Certificates every month along with all the other great restaurants in the Triangle.  Click here to see photos of the restaurant and people enjoying all they have to offer!
